For its Diversity & Inclusion initiative, Novartis Pharma Communications asked FrontLine to write intranet profiles of women managers from locations in Europe, Asia, Australia and North America.
To complement Serono's new internal magazine, FrontLine worked with its Information Technology department and net@rchitects to create a company-wide intranet. A key element of "Compass," which includes features such as an internal news ticker and a master calendar, is a seamless interface between corporate and local information.
